I ordered your product off of your site. After not being allowed to change the delivery address at point of purchase, I immediately emailed your team. Several days later I got a response back stating that you just reviewed the email and it’s too late to make the correction. I received the product and had to spend $13 to ship it to my friend. Great job.

my product was Melted and then was told it would be replaced so I was very happy with customer service, simultaneously i was getting messages that my product was out of stock and it would not be replaced, i kept getting emails that it was being replaced but also that i should choose something else or a refund. no communication within the internal team, all the while i couldve re purchased the product online, i finally gave up and requested a refund.

Would like an opportunity to discuss an order I recently placed.
It was screwed up from the beginning, the item was sent to myself, I requested a replacement with the correct recipient and that one was wrong as well, it had my name and cell phone with the recipient address. If this was sent it would have exposed me and not been anonymous.

I sent multiple emails and no one could explain how this could happen. I finally cancelled the item as I have zero faith in this process.
I feel this is inattention to detail that is probably negatively affecting your business.
