Rain Parade, LLC doing business as Dick At Your Door (“us,” “we,” or “DAYD”) is
committed to respecting the privacy rights of visitors and users of this website (“Site”).
We created this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) to explain what information we collect
from you, how we secure that information, and under what conditions we share your
information with others. Please pay particular attention to our policy on anonymity- when
we provide it and when we do not.

This Site is intended, directed, and marketed to an audience in the United States. We do
not envisage offering products or services to citizens of the Member States of the

to ship the products ordered to the person you have designated. We also use Recipient

transfer of the business to the new owner.

applicable to the Site. Your Personal Information is stored on secure servers that are not
accessible by unaffiliated third parties.

B. Site Security. The Site has reasonable security measures in place to prevent the loss,
misuse, or alteration of the information that we obtain from you. These measures include
third party monitoring and blocking of attempts to breach our data system. Unfortunately,
we make no promises about our ability to prevent any such loss or misuse of your
Personal Information since preventing hacking is nearly impossible.
